What we do

OBCS offers a Management Service as well as undertaking civil engineering and construction projects. The company was formed around its core members’ skills, all of whom have enjoyed a varied career working in their fields of expertise and we maintain a core of experienced Contract, Project, Commercial and Site Managers. We have worked on construction only single trade civil engineering tasks as well as high value, complex design & build projects involving civil engineering, M&E and building. OBCS have an approved supply chain of experienced consultants and contractors that we call on to assist us with our projects and have a flexible global network of staff and Operatives that allow us to undertake a wide range of projects.

Principal Contractor

Managing sites and builds for clients. Writing and reviewing Construction Plans to ensure compliance. Monitoring health and safety, ensuring and recording correct competencies for different trades & disciplines. Focus on Quality - delivering the right product.

Feasibility & Estimating

Preparation of estimating and tender packages providing confidence of spend profiles and cash flow, life cycle costing and value engineering.

Commercial Management

Tender and contract reviews, Tender adjudications, Cost control, Cash flow and Valuation management, Change control monitoring and value engineering and accurate commercial reporting throughout the construction process.
